I'm not 100% sure if this topic goes here, but I was wondering if anyone who could speak English can help me! I haven't been to this forum for a while, and I come back, and I notcied that now all the forums are "locked", like you need a certain amount of posts to enter or something?

I can't read Chinese, and I'm having a hard time on the forum, because this is new for me.

The case that you mention just now can solve very quickly, the problem is that you do not publish enough posts. You need to publish enough posts in order to read the posts that you want to read.
For example:

You need to publish more than 8 posts in order to  read that post, you can read other posts that no need to have a limit of posts.Then you can give some responses to the post in order to get enough posts to read the posts that you want to read.
